Dance Company Fundraisers

HPA will be offering multiple fundraisers throughout the year. Funds raised will be applied directly to your dancer's account. Check this page often to see updates as more fundraisers are added.

Fill My Calendar!

This fun and easy fundraiser will run the month of September, and you (the parent) will collect all donations, and at the end of the month send them to HPA with a note stating Fill My Calendar (students name) and then either HPA Dance Team or MTCA. These funds will go directly to your students' fees for either HPA Dance Team or MTCA.

What is “Fill My Calendar”?

This is a fundraiser typically done on social media, where you post your child’s calendar page and people can sponsor a square. Each square’s price is the cost of the day they have chosen, they can choose multiple days to get to the donation amount they wish to. When a square is sold you mark it off, how you do this is up to you. You can X it out, put the donor's name, anything you would like to show that square is sold. This will run for the 30 days of September, you do not have to fill the calendar to complete it, at the end of the month send whatever donations you have received!

There are blank squares, what are they for?

If you would like you can offer a “any amount” square and people can also sponsor the blank squares!

I have included a template you are free to use, or customize one however you would like to!

On 10/1 please transfer your funds to Huston Performing Arts via your normal method of payment or check. Please make sure to send a text or email clearly stating the amount, the date sent, the student’s name, and which area the funds should be applied to. Example: “Please see the amount sent via Venmo of $100 on 8/1 and apply toward Julie’s HPA Dance Team fees”

If you would like to write a check make it out to Huston Performing Arts and in the memo please note the students name and either HPA Dance or MTCA Fundraiser.
