Mikhaela Bernal-Tent

Mikhaela is a creative currently based in LA, born in Southern Texas, and raised in Belgium. She is half-Dutch, half-Mexican, speaks four languages, and has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She has her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy. As a creative, she has directed multiple straight plays such as Gloria by Branden Jacobs Jenkins, produced several short films, acted in many more short films and plays such as Marc Antony in Julius Caesar and Marianne in Constellations, and was a part of her college Dance Troupe as a choreographer.

After dancing competitively at a young age, she trained in Musical Theatre and has been in multiple musical productions such as Frozen as Anna. She recently started teaching at Huston Performing Arts Studio in Musical Theatre and Acting classes, passing on her education of Musical Theatre and performing. Dance and music has always been a part of her life and is honored to be given the chance to pass on her passion.
