Tim Gaisser

Tim Gaisser began establishing a reputation for professionalism and quick preparation with philharmonics, chamber ensembles, and musical theater acts in Midwest, as well as big bands and a professional jazz orchestra. He later moved to Los Angeles to further his education and work steadily in contemporary music and recording.

Tim had the privilege to study and work hands-on with many of the top players in his field, including recording legends Ralph Humphrey (Don Ellis, Frank Z), Joe Porcaro (Frank Sinatra, Toto), Dave Beyer (Loggins & Messina, Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald), Russ Miller (Ray Charles, Steve Perry, Tina Turner), and more. While continuously learning and diversifying his playing, Tim has made a steady living in the industry, backing artists live and in the studio. Touring work has taken him as far as South America and Asia, while studio work has partnered him with clients in LA, Nashville, and New York to as far as India and Japan.

He currently records remotely for artists across the country and produces tracks for commercial and film use.  He partners with the renowned Hear No Evil Studio in Orange, CA when taking on larger scale recording projects and also as a house drummer.   He is steadily playing live for corporate and event bands including contracted work at Disney CA Adventure, Downtown Disney, and Disney Grand Californian Hotel. He is also backing multiple original artists and has several endorsement partners.
